Abstract
This chapter focuses on detailed labor estimates to determine direct craft man-hours to erect a 1×1 combined cycle power plant. The man-hour estimate provides the basis for the project schedule. The estimator uses the labor estimate to determine crew craft and make up requirements, project duration and to develop Level I and II schedules for the project.
