She is Executive Director of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and has had a private practice as a family and divorce counselor and mediator for the past ten years. Prior to this she was employed as a Family Court Counselor in Dane County. Wisconsin where she conducted custody and visitation evaluations. She has written numerous articles on divorce and mediation and co-edited Divorce Mediation: Theory and Practice with Jay Folberg, Dean of the San Francisco Law School.
