Abstract

The 10th competency belonging to the supervisor from the Competencies Schema refers to the complexity of abilities and skills developed by the supervisor, but also to the programs which should offer the possibility for supervisors to develop from a professional point of view. Thus, this chapter tries to underline some government policies on the training of clinical supervisors and to identify the causes that are at the base of a lack of training programs from professional supervisors in psychotherapy.
