Abstract

Wolff–Parkinson–White (WPW) syndrome constitutes arrhythmias occurring in the presence of accessory pathways (APs). Orthodromic reciprocating tachycardias form the majority of arrhythmias seen in WPW syndrome. Sudden cardiac death is a serious concern in patients with WPW.
