Abstract

This chapter provides an overview of lemmas. It presents a theorem that states that the radical axis of two intersecting circles is the line joining their points of intersection. The radical axis of two tangent circles is their common tangent. The radical axis of two circles without common points is the perpendicular from a point of equal power to the line joining the centers of the circles. The chapter also presents a theorem that states that reflection in a circle preserves angles. This means that if two circles or lines form an angle α, then their image circles or image lines form the same angle.
