Abstract

Primary shoulder pathology can often manifest similarly to cervical radiculopathy or brachial plexopathy. It is important to consider the glenohumeral (GH) joint, subacromial–subdeltoid bursa (SASDB), and acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) as potential sources of pain in patients presenting with symptoms in the neck and shoulder region.
