Abstract

Stereolithography apparatus (SLA), a rapid-development additive manufacturing (AM) technology, precisely cure the photosensitive resin layer by layer to fabricate a solid complex part. This chapter begins with an overview of photosensitive resins, and then briefly introduces the reaction mechanism, ultraviolet characteristic parameters and processing performance in the SLA process of photosensitive resins. And the composition and preparation of materials, various solid materials, and support materials for SLA are introduced in detail. Finally, preparation and performance characterization of modified SLA materials are studied in the chapter.
