Abstract
Chemical measurements play a crucial role in environmental analysis. On the other hand, the figures of merit [i.e., linearity, accuracy, sensitivity, selectivity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), reproducibility, repeatability, and robustness] are important performance characteristics of a developed analytical method for the environmental analysis. Chemometric approaches are extensively applied to improve the understanding of the achieved information from the environmental analysis and to correlate quality parameters.
