Abstract

The field of electronic assistive technology, or EAT, covers a wide array of devices that are used to carry out a variety of functional tasks. It is a rapidly developing field, fueled not only by the constant development of electronic devices, but also by an increasing amount of integration and application of mass-market products which can be used to counter the effects of impairment.
