Abstract
The oven performance is monitored for product compliance to standard, for product dimensions, colour, moisture content and quality. Energy usage is monitored and details of heat flux with data loggers. All aspects of the oven construction and equipment are inspected and checked including baking chamber, burners, gas trains, oven band condition and tracking, oven drive, extraction fans, pneumatic and electrical equipment and controls.
