Abstract
There are two ways for preparing nanotextiles, one of them is by preparing nanofibers and the other is by adding nanomaterials to textiles fabrications or other ingredients. Nanowastes exist in wastewater and surrounding environments through residues nanomaterials and/or residues of fibers. These nanowastes make a lot of negative environmental impacts and are considered as a source of toxic materials. For that it is important to remediate and treat it from the source before it recharges the environment. Some strategies were applied to manage nanotextile wastes such as removal or remediation of nanomaterials residues or recycling the residues fibers and to control the release of nanomaterials from textile industry. This chapter focuses on management of nanotextile wastes: controlling of release and remediation of wastes.
