Abstract
The automotive aftermarket is an important factor in the sustainable business success of the original equipment manufacturers, the suppliers, and the service stations. But the predictable change in technology from internal combustion engine to electric mobility will have a high impact on the whole automotive industry. Enterprises have to adapt their business strategy to withstand the competitive market and to discover new business opportunities. In this chapter, possible changes to the aftermarket and the accompanying alterations to the stakeholders of the market are discussed.
