Abstract

Microbial enzymes have been in constant utilization toward the benefit of the human populace, but the use of the enzymes in the process of bioremediation is slowly building up. The enzymes are isolated and propagated for the bioremediation process, since the enzyme production from the microbes is huge and untapped still. The enzymes from varied microbial sources are to be used for the bioremediation since nature has already taught these minute organisms the art of conversion of toxic substances into naïve substances, which are not harmful to the living organisms. Many enzymes have been studied, and many more enzymes are to be analyzed. This chapter has tried to encompass huge data into a small draft.
