The commercial human space flight industry is a developing one as several business houses are developing launch vehicles for carrying crew and space flight participants. A well-documented framework guiding commercial human space flight is currently in accordance with the issuance of human space flight rule by the Federal Aviation Administration. Some of the key features of this rule are enactment of legislation, formation of Federal Aviation Administration human space flight team, establishment of sub-orbital definitions, and licensing of sub-orbital reusable launch vehicle missions with a pilot on board. This chapter also encompasses effective reciprocation of the comments received during the development of the rule so that the future issues relating to the anticipated problematic areas in the domain of the commercial human space flight can be addressed with utmost remedial solutions possible.
