Abstract

The production of modern lightweight and durable components and the design of innovative models are two of the most critical aspects of designing new advanced construction and vehicle components for the automobile industry. Composite products have been increasingly common in the automobile industry in recent decades due to a need to minimize the vehicle's weight, which significantly impacts fuel consumption and emissions. This allows to produce improved and better materials with enhanced performance. Metal nanocomposites are a modern category of substance with exceptional mechanical, tribology, and corrosion resistance properties. The use of metal nanocomposites in auto parts manufacturing results in higher output volumes, improved environmental and mechanical strength, reduced weight in the automotive sector, increased wear resistance, and, subsequently, lower CO2 emissions and pollution.
