Abstract
This chapter lists the different steps representing potential targets for therapeutic strategies aimed at interfering with the aggregation and propagation of proteins with prion-like properties from affected to naïve cells. The rationale for targeting each step is given. The limitations of the different possible therapeutic strategies and the time where they should be implemented are discussed.
