Abstract

This chapter provides an overview of wise spending. The economic argument in favor of hire purchase is basically simple: buying stimulates production, increases employment, and lowers production costs, as what is known as the overhead cost per unit produced is less. The possibility of looking for a good shop or no-interest or out-of-income terms does not necessarily help; however, when something large, such as a car, is to be brought, some bargains on offer can be looked up in the car market before examining the best source of buying when the actual cash is not available at once. The chapter discusses the way to get the best value out of money, understand the way to legitimately keep taxation at a minimum, and the way to invest at the best advantage.
