Abstract
This chapter summarizes recent advances in deep 3-D induction studies of the Earth. The chapter reports progress both in data interpretation and development of new 3-D inverse schemes. In addition, recently introduced response functions, which allow handling complex source structure, are discussed. Finally, perspectives for the future research are presented.
