Abstract

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is essential for normal brain protection and homeostasis and our understanding of CSF physiology has increased significantly in recent years. In this chapter we review the physiology of CSF secretion, circulation and absorption introducing key developments that have enhanced our understanding of CSF physiology.
