Abstract
The Editor-in-Chief welcomes Dr. Chandra Mouli to the Editorial Board of IEEE Electron Device Letters. A biography and sketch of Dr. Mouli's areas of research interest are noted. His subject areas are semiconductor memories, modeling and simulation, and solid-state phenomena.
