Abstract
Laboratory rats modeling done ischemic hind limb. Ischemic lesions at 3 hours of observation led to the destruction of the muscle fibers, the formation of foci of necrosis, degeneration and swelling. It should be mentioned that the 21 day experiment with ischemia observed thickening and fibrosis arteriolar walls and increase in perivascular connective tissue. Thus, the applied experimental model of limb ischemia is a simple, affordable to implement, to evaluate the nature of ischemic damage of muscle tissue at the morphological level and is suitable for further studies of cell transplantation modeling.
