(Abstracted from Am J Obstet Gynecol 2022;226:716.e1–716.e12) Rising cesarean delivery (CD) rates have been associated with increased rates of maternal and neonatal morbidities. Low-risk, nulliparous people have been the target of efforts to reduce CD rates while optimizing outcomes.
