Abstract
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "times new roman"; font-size: 16px;">The "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era" and the certification of teachers' majors have created a new era for public physical education in colleges and universities. The public physical education teaching model in colleges and universities in the new era directly affects the effect and evaluation of public physical education. The main problems at this stage are: from the theoretical concept, the physical education teaching model is recognized as diverse, the research of physical education teaching mode mostly focuses on theoretical research and is not systematic and in-depth, the combination of the theory and practice of physical education is not close enough, and the guiding effect is not ideal, and so on, based on different teaching ideas, according to the characteristics of the teaching unit stage and starting from the difference of the student base, constructing a diversified mode of public physical education in colleges and universities in the new era, to provide a reference for the reform of college physical education curriculum.</span>
