Abstract

The article explores how CFD simulation tools can be applied to the design of central heating and air-conditioning systems in buildings. The models created with these tools can evaluate the thermal comfort conditions in the rooms, as well as the heat balance of the rooms. Thermal comfort is a key factor for the proper functioning of a building. It requires creating suitable thermal conditions indoors in both summer and winter. The article compares different heating ventilation and cooling methods using CFD.
