Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the legal and institutional mechanisms for the protection of human rights of Central American migrants women in transit through Mexico, who are victims of violence, vulnerability, marginalization and responsibility of the Mexican government to deal with mechanisms legal protection under international standards as well as the progress in the protection and the eradication of all forms of discrimination and violence against them and the gaps and omissions finally an assessment of the impact of legislative actions and reflections on the flaws and inconsistencies in the current system to this population.
