Abstract
It is my tremendous honor to succeed Prof. Peter Lewin as the next Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control (UFFC). The UFFC Editorial Board and I are deeply thankful for Peter’s contributions to our journal. Peter, as a distinguished scholar in ultrasound exposimetry, has been a knowledgeable leader for the UFFC TRANSACTIONS in the past three years. I am also grateful for the support that Peter has provided to me during the leadership transition process.
