Abstract

Studying the variables influencing infection control at Bac Ninh Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2022 will serve as a foundation for the creation and use of effective infection control implementation strategies. At Bac Ninh Obstetrics and Children's Hospital, effectiveness is growing. Research Techniques Cross-sectional research methodology and a qualitative research design were utilized in the study. Gather information through three focus groups and four in-depth interviews. Results: Human resources, training, supervision of infection control efforts, policies, rules, and procedures, as well as the Department of Health's involvement, all had a good impact on infection control operations. departments, hospital administrators, the economy, and departments. Human resources, machinery, buildings, and policies, rules, and procedures are a few of the elements that adversely effect infection control efforts. The study identified five factors, including human resources, training, infection control supervision, policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as the concern of the Department of Health, departments, leaders of hospitals and departments/rooms, equipment, and facilities, that have an impact on infection control activities at hospitals.
