The authors used multivariate regression to analyze and showed that there are 6 factors that directly affect the training capacity of a university. From that, the factor with the strongest impact is Digital competence with coefficient Beta = 0.467; Scientific research of students has the second strongest impact with Beta = 0.209, followed by Facilities, Training objectives, Training program, Teaching staff. All factors in the research model may explain 74.4% of the change in training capacity of higher education institutions.
