Abstract
Abstract Dimilin or CGA-19255 (0,17,34,67, or 670 mg ai/m2) was incorporated into 900 g of freshly collected bovine, swine, or poultry manure in a clay plate (25 cm i.d. x 5 cm) by adding the chemical in 50 ml of water. Each plate was seeded with 0.25 g of 1st instar house fly larvae from the laboratory colony, fitted with screen mesh conical emergence cages and held for 20 days at 25°C. There were 3 replications of each dose.
