Abstract
D. M. Giangreco is an editor for the U.S. Army’s professional journal, Military Review, published by the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He has authored five books and written on such topics as the Falkland Islands’ sovereignty question, decentralization of the Soviet Air Force command and control structure, and Persian Gulf pipeline construction to circumvent the Strait of Hormuz bottleneck for various Capital Cities Communications publications.
