Abstract

When global staffing agency Randstad took over Vedior, it faced an enormous rebranding and integration challenges. Since the deal was finalized, in 2008, the company has rebranded 129 Vedior labels as Randstad and the integration operation has already paid for itself. The company attributes this in part to two things: the immediate availability and use of digital asset management during the integration process and an approach to the use of DAM based on central control through decentralization and empowerment.
