Abstract

This paper introduces the case of abnormal live detection data of 220 kV Oil-Immersed Current T ransformer in a 220 kV substation during live detection. When the live detectors find the abnormal equipment, they synthetically analyze the current with other detection methods such as infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology and relative dielectric loss live detection technology. At the same time, the equipment is disintegrated, and the capacitance screen is peeled off layer by layer. Finally, waxy hydrocarbon polymer is found in the capacitance screen of the inner bottom of the current transformer. Combined with the live test data and the disintegration results of the equipment, the inspectors check the same type of equipment one by one, and put forward the treatment methods and suggestions for rectification.
