Abstract

We report a fast method for waveguide component fabrication using 3-D printing and conductive paint. By comparing two common 3-D printing methods, we further pursue the stereolithography (SLA) method. A straight waveguide, an iris-coupled bandpass filter, and a power divider are designed, fabricated, and measured individually, then as a cascade. The results show that waveguide components can be cascaded to build a lightweight and low-cost subsystem.
