Abstract

The career guidance at University aims to enhance the employability of University students by means of an accurate counseling in the decision-making process and through assistance in the management of their professional career and employment search. The design of the actions in career guidance is focused on providing the candidates with the appropriate competence scope in this area, so it is necessary to value the quality of the actions carried out with the intention of improving the adaptability of the career guidance services to the emerging requirements of the labour market. This communication analyzes the results of career guidance actions (Career guidancés interviews, counseling activities in Faculties and training program for skills development), developed by the University of Murcia Career Service, and the students satisfaction degree.
