Abstract

Noonan's syndrome is associated with short stature, mild mental retardation, epicanthal folds, low set ears, low posterior hairline, webbed neck, shield chest, scoliosis, pectus excavatum, cubitus valgus and a variety of anomalies of the cardiovascular system. Two patients with Noonan's syndrome, congenital heart disease and systemic venous anomalies are presented, and 204 cases of Noonan's syndrome with congenital heart disease are reviewed.
