Abstract
AbstractCapillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was applied to the characterization of highly polar marine toxins that can be difficult to address using traditional chromatographic methods. Separation efficiencies of nearly 400,000 the oretical plates were obtained in just over 10 min. Laser fluorescence detection provided attomole detection limits of parts per trillion solutions.
