Abstract

The dispersion relation is derived for the capillary motions in a viscous fluid surrounding a spherical bubble carrying a surface charge capable of leading to instability of the interface. The critical conditions of this instability are found. The problem is solved within the framework of the scalarization method in the spherical coordinate system.
