Abstract
Mr. HAMMETT, a specialist in American diplomatic history and the New South, is Associate Professor and Chairman of History and Political Science for the College of Continuing Education at the Institute of Technology, Rochester. Mr. SIDMAN, who teaches German history, is Professor of History and Chairman of the Department of History at the University of Kansas. Mr. LONGIN is Associate Professor of History and Acting Dean of the College of Humanities and Sciences at Ithaca College. His teaching and research interests are in American thought, particularly twentieth-century business thought. Mr. FRENCH is Professor of History at Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York, and a specialist in Asian studies. He is a member of the Center for Asian Studies at the University of Rochester.
