Abstract
The accreditation of internal quality systems, an usual practice in Business companies, is being increasingly used in public organizations. Citizen’s satisfaction with government is a prerequisite for the recognition of the quality system. In Spain for the last 20 years, the National Accreditation Body (ENAC) have been working in compliance with international quality standards, with many industrials accredited (ENAC, 2011). The University is keen to these approaches with more and more universities that accredit their educational systems in search of quality. The EHEA contemplates the need of associated procedures available to universities to ensure the quality of their work. We believe that quality systems must collect as much information as possible from the student's perspective, such as satisfaction with various services and resources. To do this we need to identify the variables most highly valued by students and therefore generate relevant indicators. Based on the experience of Sirgy et al (2007) we have reproduced it based on an anonymous questionnaire completed by students and processed using structural equations. The results seem to point the idiosyncrasy of the Faculty’s students.
