A caliber persistent artery (CPA) is a vascular anomaly where an arterial branch reaches the epithelial or mucosa surface, without branching or reducing its diameter. Pulsatile beat can erode these surfaces causing bleeding .1,2 We present a case of CPA in a unique location, the nape.
