Abstract

The paper presents a calibration method to estimate the signal delays in the receiver of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS). These delays depend on the frequency signals. The method uses measurements of a reference receiver with known calibration corrections to GLONASS, GPS and Galileo signals. The method consists of several parts of measurement processing: coordinates and time scale calculation of the receiver, tropospheric and ionospheric delays determination, calculation of pseudorange differences between the reference receiver and the receiver under calibration. The article presents experimental results for navigation equipment placed in the FSUE "VNIIFTRI" (Mendeleevo, Moscow region, Russia) and East-Siberian branch (Irkutsk, Russia). The authors analyzed the results and presented statistical characteristics of GLONASS signal delay estimates in the receiver.
