AbstractThe parameters of ligand field of laser crystal Na3+ : KY(WO4)2 and Nd3+ : KGd(WO4)2 are obtained by a scheme which involved intermediate coupling and ligand field interaction. The calculated Stark‐levels are in good agreement with the experimental values.
