Abstract
Abstract Features of grand unified gauge models relevant to cosmology are discussed. Several SU(5) and SO(10) models are considered in detail. Boltzmann transport equation methods are used to calculate the development of baryon asymmetry in the early universe. Comparison with observation places constraints on possible grand unified models.
