Abstract

A non-standard roller bearing with tooth gearing is investigated. An analytical method is used to determine the load on the roller, which will lead to frictional-thermal failure of the bearing. The stress-strain state of the loaded bearing is obtained by strength calculation in the ANSYS software. The applicability of a bearing of this design is considered. Keywords: rolling bearing, sliding bearing, satellite, planetary gear, frictional interaction, fatigue failure, durability, strength, ANSYS. epashkov@tpu.ru, ddd6@tpu.ru
