Objectives: The interaction between caffeine intake and genetic susceptibility to Parkinson's disease (PD) has seldom been studied We examined if caffeine intake has a differential effect in subjects with high and low genetic susceptibility to Parkinson’s disease (PD), a common neurodegenerative disorder.
