Abstract
A software system for supporting the production of master templates and cylindrical substrates, as well as 3D X-ray optical components and crystals, has been discussed. The proposed system makes it possible to calculate the elastic deformations of a workpiece under the action of bending moments, determine the corrections caused by glue deformations, and perform a number of measurement procedures, including those based on original algorithms, and a finishing treatment based on polishing by small-size tools. The presented software package also enables us to implement paper-free technology, ensuring the compatibility of separate manufacturing processes.
