Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies required in the recruitment pattern of Navy Academy Cadets by utilizing the Demographic Bonus to reach the quota of registrants. according to the ratio specified. To apply these objectives, Mckinsey's 7S analysis is used to analyze the internal aspects of the organization, PEST analysis to analyze the external aspects of the organization, and SWOT analysis to analyze the strategies needed in the recruitment pattern. Analysis of the Recruitment of Naval Academy Cadets by utilizing the Demographic Bonus by using the Mckinsey 7S Analysis, PEST, and SWOT Analysis obtained results, at the coordinates that are in quadrant III, the researcher can make a strategy by minimizing internal weaknesses by utilizing the maximum opportunity to determine patterns and recruitment strategy in increasing applicants' interest according to the ratio by utilizing the Demographic Bonus.
