Abstract

In order to avoid the burning accident of the 10kv power cable joint in the coal mine, the heat analysis and safety monitoring of the mining power cable joint are studied. Based on the maintenance status of coal mine power cable, using finite element analysis established power cable profile thermal-electric bidirectional coupling field simulation model, by analyzing the cable head temperature field distribution under actual conditions, on this basis, the temperature field simulation data processing, the environmental temperature and cable maximum load flow and outer sheath temperature threshold setting formula, to provide a theoretical basis for cable load adjustment and safety monitoring. Finally, the wireless monitoring and positioning alarm device based on the measurement of cable outer sheath temperature, ambient temperature, load flow and other parameters was developed to realize the real-time monitoring of cable operation and early warning function of coal mine head, and provide decision-making basis for the maintenance of cable head.
