Abstract

Objective To decrease the syndrome rate of lying-in women after their operations of Caesarean birth and increase the nursing ability after the operations. Methods Choose 600 lying-in women who were in our hospital from January to October in 2009 as a group of interveners. Meanwhile, choose another 560 lying-in women as a group of contrasts. Contrasts use traditional nursing methods after Caesarean birth. Interveners adding methods preventing phenomena such as maternal post-partum hemorrhage, urinary retention, swelling of breasts, abdominal distention, constipation, deep vein thrombosis and so on. Use urinary retention assessing standard and make assessing standards for maternal post-partum hemorrhage,latex lacking, swelling of breasts, abdominal distention, constipation, deep vein thrombosis and so on. In addition, record and compare the syndrome rate of lying-in women of the two groups mentioned above.Results The syndrome rate such as bleeding after giving birth, urinary retention latex lacking, swelling of breasts, swelling of bellies, constipation, deep vein thrombosis after operations of the lying-in women in the group of interveners are less than another group( P< 0.05 ), so the discrepancy makes sense statistically.Conclusions The method aiming at the lying-in women after their operations of Caesarean birth is an effective nursing method which can accelerate the healing of the lying-in women after their Caesarean birth.
