Abstract
Burnout is emotional exhaustion caused by chronic stress at the workplace, which is not ad-equately managed. Health care managers face high requirements for professional level and stress-resistance, which can lead to problems in the emotional sphere. The data about burnout prevalence and its determinants among health care managers is contradictory that demands further studying. To define prevalence of burnout syndrome and to identify factors associated factors among health care managers within Orenburg region.
